Meet Jakube! REDUCED FEE $300!10 month old, Male, Great Pyrenees, 80 lbs.
Jakube and his Pyr-friend, Pyora, were found wandering out in the country, visiting a family regularly to dig through their trash. They were thin, were infested with fleas and ticks, and were dehydrated. Rescue was called to help get them to a vet and to safety. Jakube is gentle, and loves to cuddle. He will lay his head in your lap for love (and will also drool, so be prepared!). He was exposed to livestock, and would be an excellent addition to a working farm (with safely fenced boundaries). Jakube needs training in the areas of jumping up on people (he`s still a big puppy, and doesn`t understand his size), and being on leash. With training, he will make an excellent family companion for an experienced Pyrenees owner; however we feel that he is best suited for families with children over 8 years old.
Jakube is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, dewormed, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative. We estimate his DOB to be around 10/01/2015. We estimate that he will be over 100 lbs at his full adult size. He is in foster care in East Tennessee.
