BLAKE's Story
Hi friends, I``m your quiet, loyal pal David! At least that``s what I``d like to be: your best pet pal. I``ll walk politely by your side; I``ll even `sit` with a little encouragement from you. Off leash I``ll run about and sniff for a short while, then come back to you, stand on my hind legs and ask for your help to get into your lap. I love to spend time on your lap, quietly looking about, even if you start talking with friends. It``s such a peaceful time for both of us! I LOVE treats too. I``ll find them if they``re in your pocket! I can play a little too - just throw me a ball and I``ll run and pick it up! If I``m on leash and see another dog, I``m mildly interested, not overly focused. If I``m off leash in a pen, I``ll wag & sniff noses with a dog in an adjoining pen. If it``s a cute little female dog, I seem happy; if it``s a male dog or larger dog, I often challenge him (with a bark) after a few seconds. With your leadership and a secure environment I could do much better. I seem to enjoy peaceful settings and quiet times with you.
