Calvin's Story
Calvin is a 3 year old male American Bulldog mix we rescued from Merced along with his brother Hobbes. He weighs 70 lbs.
- Getting more comfortable on walks
- Will warm up slowly with a gentle hand
- Enjoys rides in the car
- Does fine with other dogs
- Loves to cuddle with people and dogs, would do well with a doggie sibling
- Needs a patient home willing to work on his confidence and continue to introduce him to new things
- Big goofy pup, with tons of character
- Getting better with being left alone
- Enjoyed sitting in the kiddie pool, will probably love to swim

We hold adoption events from San Francisco to the South Bay. Most dogs will be ready to go home the day of the adoption event. We accept credit cards and cash for our adoption fees. While adoption events are a great showcase for these amazing dogs, you don't need an adoption event to adopt a dog. Check out our adoptable pups, submit an application, and then meet them at their foster home!
