Buddy's Story
Buddy is a 1.5 year old male Boxer-Pit mix that we would like to rescue from the area of Tulare; where he was found as a stray at a gas station, but we need a committed foster first. He weighs 60 lbs.
- Incredibly friendly and loves to play
- Gets along great with other dogs
- Still acts like a puppy, so he could benefit from some training
- Knows "sit" and "no"
- Loves to ride in the car
- House trained and crate trained
- Loves to cuddle on the couch
- Enjoys bones
- Older kids would be better as he is still very clumsy and would likely knock over a child with his excitement
- Would do great in an active home as he has a lot of energy
- Is a little too interested in cats, so would need a cat free home

We hold adoption events from San Francisco to the South Bay. Most dogs will be ready to go home the day of the adoption event. We accept credit cards and cash for our adoption fees. While adoption events are a great showcase for these amazing dogs, you don't need an adoption event to adopt a dog. Check out our adoptable pups, submit an application, and then meet them at their foster home!
