Spot is a 3 year old, 45 pound neutered pitty griffon mix, fondly referred to as Grandpa because of his scruffy looks. He was surrendered by his owner along with his bonded litter mate to the Moreno Valley Shelter. Unfortunately for Spot`s sister, she was put to sleep after just two weeks of being available for adoption, leaving Spot completely alone and heartbroken. He is a smart as they come, and would make an excellent starter dog for someone who has interest in agility. He likes other dogs, but would do best in a home either as an only dog or with another female. He isn`t a huge fan of cats, so a kitty free home is a must. Loves older children, but isn`t suited well to kids under 5 years old. He is a big fan of walking up to you, resting his head on your knee and giving a dramatic sigh that will pull on every heart string. He is looking for his forever home, and gosh, he sure hopes you`re it! His adoption includes the basics (food and water bowls, bed, crate, his favorite toys, starter food, etc.) as well as a complimentary in home training session with My Dog is My Rock! Spot is fixed and current on his vaccines.
