When you're a gorgeous GSD, you have lots of problems. Like, watching your waistline, as everyone and their friends want to give you treat after treat. Like, not getting a big ego, even though everyone stops you on the street to comment on your beauty. Like, other dogs constantly wanting to smell your lady parts, which gets in the way of your morning hikes. Like, wondering if your good looks are hindering your adoption process, because they intimidate potential adopters.Despite her first world problems, Blu has remained super sweet and loveable. A show stopper, she would be happiest in a home with no other dogs, but wouldn't mind if there were 19 people, because she adores people!
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $300 and the adoption donation for puppies is $400 - $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
