Creed's Story
PLEASE NOTE: Fosters have 14 days to decide if they wish to “foster fail” and adopt their foster dog. Meet Creed! Adoptable Creed is a 6-month-old male, Hound mix puppy who came to us through one of our shelter partners. Creed is already almost house trained. He'll go on the pads inside of he does go, but the goal is to stop that completely. He does fairly well in the crate though if he sees/hears you he wants out! Creed did very well in the car though hasn’t been in too much. Creed is good with the other dogs. He's mouthy with play and bites on the neck, but not so hard he's hurting & he listens to redirection! He also does fine with the resident cat, a little chasing but it's when they are playing together. He's a jumper, but not very strong so until he gets that under control, he could spook a small child but he’s very sweet. He's learning to sit when he wants cuddles. He is extremely food motivated and will follow anyone who goes before then into their crate for their treat. Creed is currently fed in the crate since after another dog didn't finish the meal he will try and get to the food! Not aggressive but is pretty determined with it. He walks pretty well on the leash, better than expected! He's getting the hang of coming when called and seems to be receptive to training & wants to please! Creed has got a very sweet personality and some decent energy. His absolute favorite thing to do is play with other dogs. He doesn't really chase or fetch, but he's always in someone's face trying to engage play. Not overbearing, just engaging. This boy likes stuffed toys with squeakers! He is not exactly high energy but he does get his bursts. He also likes to lay around and cuddle. Sweetness is one of his best describers! Creed is neutered and up to date on shots.
