Beethoven's Story
Hazelnut, Beethoven, Scout, Blizzard, Sloth, Bart and Zeus are some of the most gorgeous puppies you'll ever see! This litter surprisingly were all males, and these stud muffins know just how handsome they are. Born December 6th, mom is a pure bred husky and dad is a 90 lb husky mix (unsure of mix). These pups have been raised in a home with other dogs and young children. They're well socialized and super friendly. They love to play with each other and the kids! We believe based on their size already (about 10 lbs), they will be around 55-70 lbs full grown. All of these boys were born with super beautiful eyes, Hazelnut has gorgeous green ones, Zeus has 1 blue eye and 1/2 of another blue eye, and the others all have 2 blue eyes each. Scout - the runt of the litter. He has those ears that stick up and the most beautiful deep blue eyes. He is the most playful when they play and tries to act like the biggest when in reality, he is the smallest of the bunch, but the most rambunctious Beethoven - is the foster kids favorite. very playful, stubborn, ornery. Will pout if he doesn't get his way. Similar to Scout with the ears and eyes. Blizzard - brightest blue eyes. Very alert and smart. Will notify you if someone is close that's normally not meant to be there. Would be great for agility. Calmest of the litter. Bart - the big baby of the litter. He will also pout when he doesn't get his way, and sit there until you or the other dog gives in and he gets what his sad eyes are pleading for. Bart is also one of the calmer puppies. Sloth - is what his name means. More slow. more gentle. Too smart for his own good. He will watch everyone else first before doing it to make sure they all mess up first and he doesn't. Not as active as the others, more relaxed and floppy like. Zeus - will watch everything you do with intensity. Very curious pup. Likes to explore new things and go on adventures. Is a people and dog watcher. Probably has lots of good stories to tell. Hazelnut - very similar to Sloth. He will lay down and eat his dinner out of the food bowl at the same time. A floppy, lazy, cuddle bug. Would be great for a napping buddy. These boys will all be amazing family and house dogs for moderately to high active homes. These puppies would make great adventurers, Netflix chillers, and all around loving dogs for the perfect homes. All adoption fees include current negative hw test if old enough, current age appropriate vaccines including rabies, parvo/distemper, lepto, bordatella, current heart worm and flea/tick preventions, lifetime registered microchip, 2 dewormers and transport costs from Texas to the East Coast. PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: Www.ruraltank.org/adopt We process applications as first come, first serve so we suggest you fill out an application as soon as possible as we can receive quite a few per animal. If you submit an inquiry that questions something answered in this bio, we will not respond due to high volume of inquiries. ALL OF OUR ANIMALS ARE LOCATED IN SOUTH TEXAS. They are posted in areas where we transport to ONCE ADOPTED. 95% of our animals are pre adopted prior to transport, if you want to do a meet and greet with an animal in person we suggest going to a local shelter as we probably will not be able to offer that. Once approved though us, we will put you in contact with the foster family that has your animal to learn more about them! We transport every few weeks, TBD. Application turn around is usually about 1-3 days max, if not sooner. After you submit an application and want to send additional information or pictures of current animals/past ones in a separate email, we love that and it always helps your chances :)
