Davis is a 5yr old, male, Yorkie mix who weighs 10lbs. He is looking for a special person that has some time for basic doggy training. Davis is loyal to the point that he is protective of his owner. He needs you to be confident and show him you have the situation under control so he does not bark at other people. Davis is known to be generally friendly but he will need time to be introduced to someone new so he knows it is okay to let them in. He has lived with children, but due to his behavior, we are looking for an adult home for Davis or a home with older children who understand how to be gentle and respectful around him. Applications are accepted in person at our facility after you visit this pet out of their cage. Animal Viewing Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 10:00-4:30 (Closed at 2:30 the last Friday of each month) Tues & Thurs 1:30-7:00 Sat 10:00-2:00 (Closed on county observed holidays and holiday weekends.)
