Dipsy's Story
*I am currently available for Foster to Adopt, as I am waiting to get Neutered* Meet Dipsy! He is a Chihuahua mix, and came to us as a stray with his three other siblings. Dipsy is still a puppy, so he will need a good amount of socialization so he starts to know how to play. He does love to run around with his siblings and play tug a war here and there.
