Daisy's Story
Meet Daisy, our pint-sized powerhouse with a zest for life! This 5-year-old, 8-pound mixed toy breed is like a furry whirlwind of joy and energy. Picture a dog that’s part rocket, part cuddle bug, and all heart. That’s Daisy! She’ll keep you entertained with her bouncy demeanor and endless enthusiasm for life. Daisy is always up for an adventure. She loves walks and car rides, and she’ll sneak into your car if you’re not quick enough. Baths? Not her favorite, but she’ll tolerate them with a dramatic sigh. Grooming is a breeze because she knows that looking fabulous is worth it. And when it comes to security, Daisy’s your girl—she’ll bark at unexpected noises like a miniature guard dog, making sure your home is safe from intruders (or the mailman). This little diva is well-mannered and crate-trained. She’s got her potty routine down, using pee pads at night and doing her business outside during the day. She’s a pro at sitting on command but still thinks “stay” is negotiable. Daisy’s got a bit of a royal streak, guarding her food, toys, and personal space with adorable growls. But don’t worry—she’s all bark and no bite. Daisy has a dramatic flair when it comes to thunderstorms, needing lots of comfort and reassurance. She’s a social butterfly, having lived with many different dogs and cats. She’s friendly with most, but overly pushy male dogs and young toddlers might test her patience. Daisy loves to play, but she’s equally happy lounging around, making her the perfect Netflix binge partner. One time, Daisy decided to audition for an action movie by escaping through a tiny hole in the gate and crossing a busy highway. Thanks to social media, her adventure had a happy ending, but it showed us just how far this little explorer will go. She’s super friendly, which means she could easily be scooped up by anyone, so she needs a vigilant owner who can keep up with her escapades. If you’re ready for a dog who’s equal parts comedian, adventurer, and snuggle buddy, Daisy is your girl.
