Female puppy (Pink)'s Story
“Pink” is playful girl and she loves chasing her siblings as well as the flirt pole. She will occupy herself with chew toys too. Pink can be a little timid and scared at times so she will need a patient adopter that can help her become more confident. Pink is an affectionate puppy when she feels safe. She would do best with a balanced canine companion. We will not place Pink with young children. The seven puppies were born on June 22nd and they will be ready for adoption on August 17th. Their mother is a Collie/Cattle dog mix and she is very calm. The father is believed to be an Australian Shepherd. They have been eating dry puppy food for a few weeks now. The puppies have been dewormed every two weeks and they have received their first DHPP vaccine. They are microchipped as well. The puppies will need two more DHPP vaccines as well as the Rabies vaccine when they are old enough. The puppies will be spayed/neutered when they are 6 months old. The puppies are not house trained or crate trained. They are using pee pads but not consistently. The puppies need adopters that have the time and patience to house train and crate train them. They have not been exposed to children or cats. Puppies cannot be crated for more than 4 hours at a time so please have a plan in place prior to submitting an adoption application. Applicants that have experience raising herding breed puppies are preferred. Puppies will be placed in the home that best suits them. This is not first come, first serve. If you’re interested in adopting, please submit an application through our website karmak9.org Adoption fee is $450
