Gracie's Story
We learned of Gracie a few weeks ago and have been praying to be able to rescue her. Gracie is a three year, female, black/white, shihtzu who weighs 7lbs. We are happy that she has been rescued and now with us. Gracie lived her life in an outside cage. She has quickly learned what a Lazy Boy recliner is with blankets and cold AC. She jumped in the chair and her foster mom vowed, “no more cages”. Gracie has already picked up a few stuffed toys and is wagging her tail. She knows happier days are ahead. Prior to our rescue, Gracie was attacked by a dog and lost her eye. She tells us one eye is enough to see and feel the love she is receiving. Looking for a sweet foster home or foster to adopt. It will take a couple weeks to get her on the spay surgery list. Adoption fee $500
