Jax's Story

Jax is a 10 week old, 13 lb male Retriever/Terrier mixed breed. Jax is currently located in South Texas and will be transported. This sweet big boy is Jax, one of the larger pups in the litter, and a generally mellow dude. This guy is a sweetheart, he loves to cuddle and be held like a baby (and at his age, he is still a baby!). Jax is a playful pup who loves to run with the puppy pack, but is also a gentle boy who really enjoys his cuddle time with his foster mom. Jax has moved from his first foster home (with his mom and littermates), to a different home with just one smaller but sassy sister (Jolie), and has settled in quickly. He has lived with cats and dogs in his first foster home and his current home, and has had no issues with either (he is also meeting chickens too!) Jax knows to use potty pads indoors and is also learning to go potty outdoors, and doing very well. He is curious and funny, and is generally a follower so he will learn much from his vivacious little sister Jolie. Jax loves playing with all kinds of toys and exploring the backyard in his foster home. He is a sweet and plushy kind of pup whose mellow personality will ensure he settles right into most any family. Jax would love to meet you today! (Note: Jax is not yet neutered but will be prior to leaving on transport). Our organization only adopts within the United States. Faith and Hope is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington, Oregon, Maryland, and Connecticut. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Connecticut and Maryland with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $700 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies) spay/neuter, microchip and transportation) If interested in learning more, please email us at [email protected] or fill out our online application. https://www.faithandhopefoundation.org/adoptionapp If interested in learning more about our adoptable pets, the adoption process, or our home based foster program, please contact us at the above email.
