Vera's Story
Meet Vera! An adorable, petite girl 1 year old Schnauzer mix who's shy at first, but warms up very quickly. She is the perfect balance of playful and cuddly. She spent the first part of her life roaming the streets, but has realized how great being in a home truly is. She loves to play fetch, and likes having her foster siblings to play with. She would be an excellent sister to other fur babies in the family, or would even be perfect as the only pup. When she makes eye contact with you, she shows you so much love and adoration, and is a very quick learner. She is completely crate trained and potty trained. She will sleep straight through the night without any accidents, and when she feels overwhelmed will put herself in her cage for a little quiet time. Vera is a very quiet dog, she takes in her environment, with a lot of curiosity. She doesn't appear to shed either so if you are looking to add the perfect sweetheart to your family, Vera is your girl. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue! ----------------------PLEASE READ------------------------------- Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption in Colorado and the Pacific North West stops in - Ogden UT, Brigham City UT, Lacey WA, Seattle WA, Portland OR, Fort Lupton CO, Boise ID, Twin Falls ID, Cheyenne WY, Manahawkin NJ and Ocean City NJ. These dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. Our out of state adoption fee is $550 for adults and $650 for puppies. This fee includes: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm and flea preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, health certificate, and transport costs. As a Saving Hope direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
